Verified A friend recommended Gus to us.. We were delighted with Element Heating. Gus was knowledgeable, friendly, and very honest. He clearly explained our issue. Gus's price was very fair for our repair (we got a previous bid), and thank god our air is on again! We will be using Gus and his company for any new repairs that come along and have signed up for their twice yearly service. We highly recommend Element Heating and Air.

Verified So happy to find Gus Luna, owner of Element Heating & Air. We were up and running with an entirely new system in two days and then completely permitted two days later. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Crew was respectful and clean. I felt like they were priced competitively (we got another bid before I called Element) and didn't feel like I wanted to get a 3rd bid after meeting Gus. I highly recommend Element Heating & Air.

They completed the job much faster than I expected without cutting any corners, and everything was done with great attention to detail. I will also be signing up for their yearly maintenance program! Thank You Gus and team!!

Verified We used another local company for years, but the warranty on the equipment we purchased expired. We started to look elsewhere and found Element Heating. They installed our whole-house fan with ease and expertise. We were very impressed with their work and hired them for our yearly maintenance. When it's time to replace our equipment, Element Heating will be the company we use.

Verified We've known Nacho for many years as our reliable and personable HVAC technician. When he left a couple of years ago to take a new role out of state, he referred us to Gus at Element Heating & Air so we'd still be in good hands.
Gus and his team have been amazing, always thinking of his customers needs. Recently, our AC needed service so we called Gus at Element, and to our surprise, Nacho showed up at our door. He recommended a full HVAC replacement since ours was failing. Nacho and his partner Martin worked tirelessly, even crawling around in the extremely hot attic to replace our ductwork with larger, more efficient ones. He showed us how to use our new thermostat and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Nacho's professionalism, honesty, and kindness make him the best in the business. We now have the 2 best AC guys in the business. Highly recommend him and Element Heating & Air.

Verified I feel bad because I waited so long writing this review. We had never had central AC. Just central heating. We decided to take the jump. Gus and his Crew did an amazing job installing a brand new AC and new furnace. Even relocating my new furnace to a more efficient location. I can't thank them enough. We haven't had many hot days yet but even on the days it got warm I kicked it on just to see. It cooled down very nicely. They stay in touch with you every step of the way as far as appointments and the process. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you Element!!!

Verified Element Heating & Air was recommended to us by our local real estate contact and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. We needed to replace our entire HVAC. They serviced several homes in the area, so we felt comfortable hiring them.

From start to finish, this company was super helpful. The two men they sent were able to handle the entire install in 1 day and then scheduled someone to come by and fix the drywall. One of them actually recommended us a smart thermostat for better efficiency and we are so happy we took his advice! He even helped install it for us.

I would definitely recommend Element Heating & Air.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was recommended to Gus, our service person, from a friend. I called out someone else, before Gus, as I wanted a second opinion on the repair. Gus was knowledgeable, organized, very honest, and very pleasant to work with. He explained our issues and his price to fix our problems was quite a bit less that our first bid. We definitely will use Element Heating and Air again for servicing and repairs.
